the location was great for walking to restaurants , sights , train and metro stations.
the air conditioning did not work , it was very disappointing. the toilet barely flushed , . we were only staying one night , but it was still a problem.

The location was very convenient , close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with directions. Breakfast included fresh fruit , pastries , and coffee , a very nice way to start the day.

The reception staff are very helpful. the hotel's location is excellent for public transport and main attractions. Honestly, a car is not needed. uber and bolt access is very cheap, too!
i encountered some steep stairs at the main entrance, slightly inconvenient with luggage.
